Hi Honza,
Just wanted to apologise for missing this today, had to attend irl meetings at work. I do intend to come along in future.
Thanks!

Short wrap-up:
scl packages get build as scratch build already
but there is a problem in centpkg and centos koji with fedora-like layout and these tools only support centos layout (spec files in SPECS, sources in SOURCES dir)
hhorak will see how big problem this is regarding the cherry-picking and merging, since it is an important requirement for rhscl maintainers to user centos as upstream
it is not problem to keep any structure in upstream repos, but how to build such packages is not very clear
prefixes conversation -- very long one
using rh- prefix should solve:
- separate rh driven/shipped scls from other communities
- not cause huge pain on people writing dependent collections
- not stomping on existing (non-scl) package names
then there was a long discussion about where the prefix should be used -- whether in the name of the collection or in the dist tag ... many thought given, but no consensus reached so far, so the conversation will continue somehow, somewhere
