Hopefully Redhat likes the suggestion, but it's not a trivial one... Maybe consider it for php-pear in centosplus though.

If FC5 and FC6 are any indication, they may only change the provides for php-pear, as the pear modules are being split out into separate modules, php-pear-Net-Socket for example.
