Hi, folks,
It's time to start working on the March newsletter. If you have any
content to contribute, please speak up in this thread. Thanks.

TL;DR: I'm working on a Dojo playbook at
https://wiki.centos.org/Events/Dojo/Organizing
The Dojo planning process has been a bit hidden for the last few years,
and I'd like to make it more public, for two main reasons.
One, transparency is important, and the community should know what I'm
doing for you, and have some input into how I spend my time, to ensure
it's actually beneficial to you.
Two, I want your help. I want volunteers to step up to do Dojos, and as
Aman alluded to in his email, people get intimidated with the size of
things, and don't know where to step in to help. Having a detailed
playbook gives people a way that they can step up and help with a small
part of the process, or do their own event, once they can see exactly
what's in volved.
So ... if you have insight into event planning, please do help with this
documentation project. Thanks.

The January newsletter is now up -
https://blog.centos.org/2020/01/centos-community-newsletter-january-2020-20…
- and we are taking suggestions for content for the February newsletter.
It will be published shortly after FOSDEM, so we should have some good
content from the Dojo there.
If you would like to contribute to the newsletter, please let me know!
