The problem is that I don't have an attic and keeping the t-shirts in the basement can be "problematic" in a sense that my basement is really wet (sometimes I even have water in my basement, when it's raining too long). I'm afraid than keeping those boxes there would lead to "molded" t-shirts if they have to stay there.

Any proposal ?
