You'll note that I've copied this over to the centos-promo@centos.org list and redirected the Reply-To to that list. This is for two reasons. One is that that makes the conversation archived, so we can easily refer to it this time next year. The other is that I'm going to be out of the office for most of the next two weeks, and I want to be sure that if I drop something, other people from the community might be present to answer questions.

Your request for an CentOS and Fedora booth has been approved and we happy to inform you that.
Please start preparing for the booth, for demo's projects etc. some raffles that you would like to do, or technical challenges to people to attract crowd.
Please note the following things will be provided by DevConf.IN
- A well erected octanorm booth.
- A backdrop that can be printed at the back, the design needs to be provided by you and we shall get it printed
- A LED screen for Demos.
- Power Supply
You need to be ready with
- Graphic design of backdrop
- Demos/Plan to engage audience.
- Please make sure that you drive the message of the open source community at the booth
- Since this booth is given with an community intent avoid any kind of marketing/commercial iagenda to be driven at the booth.
- Carry any table covers/branding you would like to.
- Standees need to be managed on your own if you need any.
Please come back to us with the booth backdrop design at the earliest.
