I helped someone out on IRC and he offered to get us some stickers in return - and has made a deposit towards those. However, I dont know where we might get some done and what the costs are likely to be.
Are there any 'recommended' vendors we could use ?

Not for stickers per se (so perhaps OT), but if you wanted to file this away under "magnets", I might recommend the following vendor in the US:
A couple of years back, I had some business card magnets created for CentOS promo purposes, and I was pleased with their product..
