On the 4th evening, Didi mentioned that there was a need to get a Promo meeting together on voice + irc. If you guys want to get a doodle or something such up, come up with a date and time - I'll do whatever is needed on this end to make it happen. Also, getting an agenda setup a few days before the meeting ( ideally atleast a week ) would be good.
