I'm currently working on Foreman/Puppet specifically around Splunk deployments right now, and OpenStack as a second priority. My coworker Eric and I should be able to talk about what we've done in that space. We could also possibly talk about the Open Compute hardware we have in a shipping container.

my impression is that in the US, workday works better - but weekend might be ok as well, if we give people lots of time to plan.
