what / how do we handle those given that we really should be only giving out 6.2 ones now ?

cool, I have a few grey tshirts as well, wont bring those with me. New ones now printing are going to be a mix of sizes, colours ( 100 of each style ). Let me see how many of those I can bring with me. will confirm once I actually have the T-Shirts.
do we need any posters ? Is there any money in the Promo Pot ? I can definitely get something printed to bring along.

Hmm... we could make drip mats? I can just throw them away. As these are all printable DVDs I can at least use them for print proofing.

I think we do need posters (not as giveaways, but for the booth itself). There is indeed some money left in the promo pot. Should be enough for some posters.

Posters would indeed be good. Last year i spoke about a 'roll-up' that could be used for events .. probably not as cheap as a simple poster, but better too

We had a price for it, but I doesn't matter because we won't be able to have it done in time. Another problem is that it isn't portable enough. i.e. Ralph for example is usually travelling by train which makes such a heavy thing a no-go.
