hey,
What do you think is a good time in the year to have this event ? and do you have any ideas on how many people this might involve ?
Initally it might be good to start with a 1 day event, maybe 5 - 7 speakers and some open sessions. Sort of like a Dojo format.
Finally, where in Indonesia would you propose to hold this event ?
Regards
Hello,
I think mid year is good time to plan the event (if it big), Plan for speaker is 3-4 speaker.
The place is in Jakarta, Indonesia. Anyway did centos will support the event? like pay for building service, swag or ect, please let me know what support from centos if i held the event.
Thanks

Sounds good, lets see if we can ask around for potential speakers etc.

The idea of the Dojo is to keep the prices to the bare minimal - is there a university or a large company that might let us use their conference rooms for a day ? that would be a great way to reduce costs.
For swag, we can certainly try and do something.
How many people would we expect ? we should try and structure the talks so we can get maxium user stories and tutorial type content.

Hello,
Ok I'll try find the university. Target Participant 50-100
For speaker did the team from Centos will coming to this event or not? Or we just use speaker in Indonesia who are experienced with CentOS.
From now let me plan the event.
Thanks
