Hello Everyone,
I got a call for exhibitors for FrOSCon 2012[1] today. It takes place on August 25th/26th 2012 at the University of Applied Sciences Bonn-Rhein-Sieg in St. Augustin, GERMANY.
I'm willing to organize the event like I did in the past years. What I need is at least one committed helper and a rough number of CentOS people that will help out so I can ask for a reasonable amount of tables and chairs.
I can also help out with transfer from/to Airport/Train Station. Like in the past years Sarah and me also offer free accommodation (i.e. you can all stay at our place if you want - we've got lots of space).
Regards, Andreas

Hello,
although it has been a while since last FrOSCon, we would like to thank you again for having made this very successful event possible. The feedback was once again overwhelmingly positive.
Meanwhile, preparations for the seventh FrOSCon are well underway. This year's FrOSCon takes place on August 25th and 26th.
If you as a project want to participate again, please note that due to organizational constraints we decided to split the call for developer rooms and the call for exhibitors for this year's FrOSCon.
To sign up for a booth please visit https://callforexhibitors.froscon.org and register your project. You can choose this year if you want a booth in the mensa or on the first floor, because the mensa was a bit overcrowded last year. Please feel free to contact us for any questions at exhibitors@froscon.org mailto:exhibitors@froscon.org. The registration for booths will be open until May 23rd.
If your project wants to sign up for a developer room, please write a proposal to projects@froscon.org mailto:projects@froscon.org. The proposal should contain a short summary (1-2 paragraphs) of what you plan to do and which special requirements you have. Since the demand for developer rooms usually exceeds the number of rooms we can offer, we will choose the projects which look the most promising to us based on the submitted proposals. If you have questions concerning the developer rooms feel free to contact projects@froscon.org mailto:projects@froscon.org. The deadline for submission to developer rooms is April 30th.
Additionally our Call for Papers already started, we are looking forward to your submissions of talks and workshops. You can register via http://cfp.froscon.org/. For further information concerning the Call for Papers take a look at http://www.froscon.de/en/program/call-for-papers/. The Call for Papers will end on May 23rd, too.
We would love to see all of you again in August. Also, please spread the word and help make this year's FrOSCon's special.
Kind regards, Inga Herber The FrOSCon Team

That sounds good, I need to check a few things before I can commit for sure,

Hmmm. Might be that my company is sending one or two people, though that might mean that I won't be able to attend the booth during all times. But I am definitely trying to be there this year!
Cheers,
